A very friendly team and a wonderful, calm atmosphere. Everything was explained extremely well, and the best part is that they genuinely listen to you. I truly felt understood and taken seriously. Even my dog, who is usually insecure and nervous at the vet, relaxed and lay down calmly in the easy-going and peaceful environment.

In my opinion, the best vet in Germany.
Meiner Meinung nach der beste Tierarzt Deutschlands. Nach mehreren Monaten und diversen Fehleinschätzungen anderer Tierärzte war Dr Backhaus der Einzige, der unserem Hund helfen konnte. Ich kann jedem empfehlen die Fahrt auf sich zu nehmen. Wir sind sehr dankbar!
