After you have made an appointment, we will send you a link to our questionnaire, which you should complete before your visit. You are also welcome to submit additional documents such as laboratory results, x-rays or findings from previous visits to the vet in advance.

Tip: Are you unable to attend several on-site appointments?
In many cases, a detailed diagnostic appointment at our practice is sufficient, after which you can continue to be looked after by our vets conveniently online via our DGT MEDICAL platform.

How to find us - directions & parking

Our practice is in a quiet yet easily accessible location on the outskirts of Thalfang. You will find free parking spaces directly in front of the door - also suitable for larger vehicles and motorhomes.

And what if something comes up?

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will enable other animals to be treated more quickly.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 150 euros for last-minute cancellations or no-shows - especially for special appointments or longer consultations.

Payment

Payment is made directly after your visit
We ask for card-based payment (EC or credit card)
Of course, you will receive a full and transparent invoice with all items according to GOT

The location is too far away? We make your visit plannable.

Many of our patients travel from far away – and it's worth it: our practice is located in the middle of the beautiful Hunsrück National Park region, which is famous for vacations with dogs.
