Data protection is a matter of course for us.
All submitted documents, images and personal information are treated confidentially, used exclusively for the purpose of your request, and never shared with third parties.

For digital inquiries, we usually provide our assessment within 2–3 working days.

How detailed is the second opinion?

You receive a professionally sound assessment that takes into account both the existing diagnosis and possible treatment alternatives – always tailored to your individual situation.

Depending on your preference, we can provide:

• a telephone consultation

• a detailed online video consultation

What happens if our assessment differs from the initial diagnosis?

This can happen – especially when different medical approaches are involved or when alternative treatment paths are possible.
We explain our perspective transparently and clearly, without putting any pressure on you. The decision is always yours. If you wish, we can support you with a new treatment plan.

What are the next steps if you decide to follow our recommendation?
