Our 5-E™ Veterinary Practice is closely connected with our company Das Gesunde Tier and the telemedical consultation service DGT MEDICAL. This gives you the benefit of lively exchange with nutrition experts, veterinarians, biologists and therapists. Together, we develop new therapy concepts, gain insights from daily practice and continuously improve our medical work.

You do not need prior experience in complementary medicine – what matters most to us is that you are open to learning and trying new approaches.

Main responsibilities:
High-quality diagnostics & therapy:
You have the time to record, assess and accompany cases in detail.
Consultations & case management:
From anamnesis and discussing findings through to ongoing adjustment of therapy.
Optional: Surgery:
If you already have surgical experience or would like to develop it, we will support you – but it is not a requirement.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant (m/f/d) who enjoys taking responsibility and actively helping to shape our practice.

Main responsibilities:

Assisting and working in consultations

Preparation and follow-up of treatment rooms

Supporting diagnostics (e.g. blood sampling, placing IV catheters, laboratory work, preparing dark-field analyses)

Anaesthesia preparation (assistance in surgery and diagnostics depending on experience)

Independent implementation of therapies after appropriate training

Communication with animal owners – friendly, empathetic and clear

Administrative and documentation tasks, pharmacy management

Optional & depending on interest: taking on your own areas of responsibility

Häufige Fragen zu unseren Stellenangeboten
Idealerweise wohnen Sie in der Nähe unserer Praxis, beispielsweise in der Moselregion, Trier oder im Hunsrück, sodass Sie problemlos zur Arbeit pendeln können. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass unser perfekter Tierarzt/Tierärztin eventuell nicht umziehen kann. Deshalb sind wir flexibel und bieten auch die Möglichkeit zum Pendeln an. Zudem organisieren wir gerne eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Sie. Es wäre notwendig, dass Sie an vier vollen Tagen in der Praxis arbeiten und an einem Tag Home Office machen können.
Vorkenntnisse in der Chirurgie wären ideal, sind aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Wichtig ist vor allem Ihr Interesse daran, dazuzulernen und unter Anleitung kleinere Operationen zu erlernen. Dies eröffnet Ihnen nicht nur neue Möglichkeiten, sondern erlaubt uns auch, mithilfe unserer innovativen Laserverfahren noch mehr Tieren zu helfen.
Eine Spezialpraxis bedeutet, dass wir uns auf bestimmte Bereiche konzentrieren und nicht die typische Anlaufstelle für Notfälle, Impfungen oder das Krallenschneiden sind. Unsere Praxis ist spezialisiert auf Darmgesundheit und ganzheitliche Verfahren. Wir arbeiten streng nach Terminvereinbarung und entwickeln innovative Konzepte, um unseren Patienten langfristig und nachhaltig zu helfen.
